Terms and Conditions
1. Customer must apply for a SAB Emirates Infinite Credit card during the campaign period.
2. The offer applies on primary cards only and not applicable on supplementary cards
3. The offer is not applicable on cards issued before campaign start date
4. Customer must meet the minimum spending value of SR 15,000 to qualify for the offer.
5. The customer must apply for a new primary card from 16 February until 16 April 2025
6. The customer must meet the minimum spend value within 2 months of card issuance.
7. The Prize extended by the bank is an iPhone16, however, the model and color of the phone is subject to availability.
8. Reversed / Refunded transactions, bill payments, SADAD, payment of financial charges, bank fees are excluded from the campaign.
9. POS & Online transactions done internationally in any foreign currency are eligible for the prize.
10. The customer is entitled to receive the prize only once regardless of how many credit cards he/she issued during the campaign period.
11. The eligible Cardholder will be contacted by the bank 10 times within a period of 2 weeks to confirm their interest in receiving the prize. If the cardholder fails to respond by the 10th attempt, the bank will eliminate the customer from the campaign prize.
12. If the customer fails to cooperate with the bank’s delivery courier at the time of delivery, the bank has the right to exclude the customer from the campaign.
13. The prize will be delivered within 6 weeks from the last day of the campaign.
14. Existing SAB Infinite Credit Cardholders who close their credit card accounts during the campaign period and subsequently reapply for a new primary Credit Card are not eligible for the offer.
15. SAB reserves the right to determine the selection of campaign winners and applicable terms.
16. The Cardholder acknowledges that any form of misuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to the application for multiple primary or supplementary cards with the intent to exploit benefits, is strictly prohibited.
17. The bank retains sole discretion to determine what constitutes misuse of offers, and reserves the right to take appropriate actions, which may include suspension or termination of some card benefits /offers to be benefited from the customer.
18. In case of complaint, please contact us through the bank's digital channels within 30 days of the offer end date.
