10. If Mastercard does not receive information that identifies the SAB Cardholder’s transaction as qualifying for the offer, the Cardholder will not receive The Cashback. 

11. Cashback will be reversed if qualifying purchase is returned/cancelled.

12. Cashback will be credited within 5 days from transaction date.
