
Terms & Conditions:
- This offer is exclusively valid for select customers who received the
cashback on online transactions communication from SAB. - The offer is valid when using SAB Credit Cards when paying on online.
- The offer is valid from 2 March until 2 April 2025
- The maximum cashback amount is SR 150.
- The customer must meet the minimum spend requirement of SR 1,500 during the offer period to qualify for the Cashback.
- Only online transactions are eligible for cashback.
- The offer is only valid on purchases made online, excluding bill payments, SADAD, payment of financial charges, bank fees are excluded from the campaign.
- The cashback will be awarded on transactions done online that carry the correct Merchant Category Code (MCC) as per Visa & MasterCard.
- The customer must meet the minimum spend requirement on the credit card mentioned in the SMS to qualify for the offer.
- If the customer holds more than one Credit Card and fulfills the minimum spend requirement on each card, they will be entitled to receive the cashback only once.
- The customer will receive an SMS from SAB asking if he’s interested in participating in the campaign, customer must reply with “SAB9” to the following numbers to be eligible for the cashback.

- If the customer did not send the required response to the above numbers using the mobile number registered with the bank, his spends will not be considered even if the spend eligibility has been met.
- The bank shall not be liable for any technical issues by the customer’s telecommunication provider that result in the customer’s response not being delivered to the bank. In the event of any disputes, the bank’s decision shall be final and binding.
- The cashback will be credited to the customer’s Credit Card account within 4 weeks of the offer end date.
- In case of complaint, please contact us through the bank's digital channels within 30 days of the offer end date.
