Terms & Conditions:
- This offer is exclusively valid for select customers who received the
- Cashback on Local Hotel communications from SAB.
- The offer is valid when using SAB Credit Cards when paying for Local Hotel Expenses
- The offer is valid from 4 December 2024 until 4 January 2025.
- The maximum cashback amount is SR 150.
- The customer must meet the minimum spend requirement of SR 1,500 during the offer period to qualify for the Cashback.
- POS & Online transactions are eligible for cashback.
- The offer is only valid on purchases made for Local Hotels, Resorts, Chalets and Hotel Booking applications.
- The cashback will be awarded on transactions done on hotel expenses that carry the correct Merchant Category Code (MCC) as per Visa & MasterCard.
- The customer must meet the minimum spend requirement on a single credit card to qualify for the offer.
- If the customer holds more than one Credit Card and fulfills the minimum spend requirement on each card, the customer will be entitled to receive the cashback only once.
- The customer will receive a communication from SAB asking if they’re interested in participating in the campaign, customer must reply with “SAB4” to the following numbers to be eligible for the cashback
Mobily 618043 STC 877180 - If the customer did not reply with the required response to the above numbers, their spends will not be considered even if the spend eligibility has been met.
- The customer must reply to the above numbers from the mobile number registered with the bank.
- The bank will not be responsible for technical issues by the customer’s telecommunication provider that prevent the response from reaching the bank. In case of disputes, the bank’s decision shall be final and binding.
- The cashback will be credited to the customer’s Credit Card account within 4 weeks of the offer end date.
- In case of complaint, please contact our Customer Service through 8001166866 within two months after the campaign end date.
