1. This offer is exclusively valid for select customers who received the cashback communication from SAB.
2. The offer is valid from 9 March until 9 April 2025.
3. The customer must meet the minimum spend requirement during the offer period as indicated on the SMS to qualify for the Cashback.
4. If the customer qualified, the customer is entitled to receive only the cashback mentioned in the SMS even if they’ve reached any of the spend requirements below.
5. The customer must meet the minimum spend requirement on a single credit card to qualify for the offer.
6. If the customer holds more than one Credit Card and fulfills the minimum spend requirement on each card, they will be entitled to receive the cashback only once.
7. In case the customer holds more than one SAB Credit Card and fulfills the minimum spend requirement on a cumulative level across multiple Credit Cards, Cashback will not be eligible.
8. Reversed / Refunded transactions, bill payments, SADAD, Cash Withdrawal, payment of financial charges, bank fees and Cash Advance are excluded from the offer.
9. POS & Online transactions are eligible for cashback.
10. The customer will receive an SMS from SAB asking if he’s interested in participating in the campaign, customer must reply with “SAB12” to the following numbers to be eligible for the cashback.

12. If the customer did not send the required response to the above numbers using the mobile number registered with the bank, his spends will not be considered even if the spend eligibility has been met.
13. The bank shall not be liable for any technical issues by the customer’s telecommunication provider that result in the customer’s response not being delivered to the bank. In the event of any disputes, the bank’s decision shall be final and binding.
14. In case of complaint, please contact us through the bank's digital channels within 30 days of the offer end date.
