1. Download the ZAPS  app from the App  Store or Google  Play Store.

2. Register or sign in to the account 

3. Select the city and location

4. Once the customer arrives, he/she must indicate to the valet operator that they would like to benefit from the service 

5. Valet operator to enter the dedicated code 

6. Request will be submitted successfully

Yes, you have to provide the below information when registering on the ZAP application:

• Name
• Mobile number
• First 9 digits and last 5 digits of your SAB Credit Card

No, the journey is fully digital done through ZAP mobile application

Yes, and the number of visits for the primary and supplementary cards will be calculated separately
