Terms and Conditions:
- The offer is available to customers who receive SMS communication or an email from SAB mentioning the offer.
- To be eligible for the cashback offer, the customer needs to reply with “Active” to the following numbers:
- Customer is eligible to get 100% cashback capped at SAR 50 per month.
- The maximum cashback per month per eligible card is SAR 50.
- The campaign will be for 3 months and the maximum cashback during the campaign period for each card is SAR 150, provided that the customer’s spending continues for 3 consecutive months.
- Cashback will be calculated on monthly basis on the total monthly purchases, and the monthly cashback cap will reset each month.
- Transactions on the supplementary card will be counted under the primary card.
- POS, Online, ATM Cash withdrawal, SADAD payments, & Wallet Transaction are eligible for cashback.
- The cashback will be credited in the subsequent month of usage.
- Customer complaints, if any, should be raised within 30 days from the last day of the campaign period.
- Visa Low Limit cards “My Card”, Umlaty Prepaid card, Business Cards and Mada card are excluded from this campaign.
- The campaign will run from 12 March 2025 till 12 June 2025.
